CGID is a boutique interior design studio, specializing in full-service furnishings and large-scale renovation projects for busy families in the Bay Area. Christin is passionate about creating personal and inspiring interiors — elevating your everyday through thoughtful and creative design.
Christin’s approach to design includes infusing her appreciation of the West Coast lifestyle, finding inspiration in architecture, art, travel, and her clients’ histories. By including both honored classics and custom pieces created by local craftspeople and artists, Christin combines styles to create distinctive spaces that are comfortable, practical and personal, working with her clients to craft a space that’s really their own.
With a skillset that prioritize interior architecture and design, Christin collaborates seamlessly with architects, builders and vendors to deliver spaces that are comfortable, inviting and personalized to her clients.
Christin began her career in design after moving from Vancouver, Canada to San Francisco to pursue her Masters in Interior Architecture and Design at the Academy of Art. Before launching her own studio, she honed her experience and knowledge for over 10 years, working as a senior designer at several award-winning interior design firms throughout San Francisco and the Bay Area. She draws on that experience to design unique and tailored homes in her signature style that that balance a minimal aesthetic and timeless interiors.
