The San Francisco Decorator Showcase returned again this year, opening at the end of April with some really amazing local design talents. The home is in Pacific Heights, with beautiful panoramic views of the Bay. Over 30 designers participated, transforming the 1899 home, originally designed by Walter Bliss, into some really magical spaces. This is a fundraising benefit for the San Francisco University High School financial aid program.

2 | Number Two
I thought this was an interested article from Elle Decor about the future of AI and it’s place in design. I wholeheartedly agree with the sentiment of using it for visualizations and developing quick renders for design development. But at the end of the day, professional interior designers offer a high level of customer service and personalized advice, and I just can’t see a world where there isn’t a human designer curating and refining the designs.

Has anyone else done an overnight kayak camping trip in Tomales Bay? My husband and I have been looking at renting some kayaks from here, and then spending a few nights camping and swimming, but haven’t quite pulled the trigger to book it yet, but it sounds like a lot of fun! Let me know!
