Favorite Finds: March Edit

Spring feels like it’s finally here in Sonoma County — and I’m loving the sunshine that’s come with it! My husband and I plus the dog, are headed up to Mendocino this weekend so I can participate in the Fort Bragg Whale Run! This is my first time doing it, and actually my first race (besides the Petaluma Turkey Trot), and I’m starting to get a bit nervous — I didn’t quite think about the fact that they’ll actually be timing us! So wish me luck and I’m hoping to see some whales during the race!

And in the meantime, here are my March finds:

1 | Number One

This month’s design inspiration comes from interior designer Monique Gibson, who knocked it out of the park with this fresh take on a family vacation home in New York via Architectural Digest. I love that the focus was on creating a space that prioritized how the home made them feel, and encouraged the family of four to unplug and spend more time together. The rustic architecture is made unfussy through furnishings with clean lines, and easy to care for materials. And how amazing is that 14’ curved sofa in the living room!?

2 | Number Two

More sunshine means one thing —  Pet Nat and Bocce ball in the backyard! Slowly making my way through this list from Sonoma Mag of the best sparkling wines in Sonoma County.

3 | Number Three

I have had my eye on these stunning vintage lounge chairs by Edward Wormley for ages now. It really doesn’t help that I’m constantly being shown ads from 1st Dibs. Let me know if you have an epic living room that is calling out for these — see above 😆

4 | Number Four

I’ve been looking for a replacement for my everyday earrings, and have my eye on these Bold Huggie Hoops from Mejuri.

5 | Number Five

If you’re thinking about refreshing your patio for the summer, now is the time to start the search for new furniture as shipping times can still be unpredictable. This is such a good looking outdoor sofa option from Scout and Nimble.
