The August Edit
Hope you’ve all been making the most of Summer in full swing! We’ve been on the move, but here’s some of what’s been inspiring us between traveling and enjoying the sunshine.

Creative Real Estate
Via The Modern House
This month’s design crush is a renovated loft for sale in South London that showcases the modern blend of artist’s studio and their living space. The muted palette and clever layout allows for a collection of small spaces without feeling cramped or overdone.
Eating
Let’s be honest, everyone’s favorite party snack, picnic fare, or potluck contribution is the dip. Whether it’s 7-layers, a plastic tub from the grocery store, or something sweet and spicy, it’s always the first snack to appear on the table and the last to leave the party.
While we have no qualms against a classic hummus, here's three sure-to-be favorites to spice things up a little:
Labneh with Sizzled Scallions and Chile

July 16 - Aug 28 | JB Blunk Space
If you have the time, check out the current exhibition at JB Blunk Space in Point Reyes. It’s a showing of the work of Patty and Jack Wright, mostly created in the 1970s-1990s. It’s very cool to see how their work coincides with one another, and helps to develop through their different mediums of painting and ceramics.
You can make a day of it in Point Reyes:
Start the day with some coffee and breakfast at Station House Cafe
Visit Cowgirl Creamery before they close their retail location before Labor Day
Pick up some oysters at Tomales Bay Oyster Company
And then pack it all in your new picnic basket and head to Drakes Beach for stunning views
See you all next month!
