The July Edit

The early days of summer are finally here! Here’s what we’re looking at this month.

Shop

These dining chairs are just amazing.

Just a few good looking, multifunctional cloths to keep around the house.

This matching set for summer nights.

A cookbook just for Lunch to help me get through the afternoon slump.

This Month’s Design Crush

Design by Commune Design & Feldman Architecture

During construction of this beach house, my husband and I watched the progress from the street when we were surfing in Santa Cruz on the weekends, straining for a peek through the slatted fence. So we were so excited to see the interior photos when it was published last year in Architectural Digest! With the coming hot weather, it’s been on my mind again. It’s the ultimate Northern California surf shack, by interior design heavy hitters Commune Design and Feldman Architecture.

If you haven’t scoured through every photo yet, you’ll be glad when you do!

Eating

Recipe and Phot via Half Baked Harvest

We’ve been loving this easy summer dinner with super minimal effort. Half Baked Harvest has a ton of amazing recipes and has a new cookbook that’s just been released, which I highly recommend. And if you're following along on Instagram, you'll see some behind the scenes of Tieghan's new home design by Katie Hodges Design.
